This policy explains what information GraveRoots ("we", "us") collects when you use this website, and how we use it.

Information we collect

• Server logs. Our hosting provider, Netlify, automatically processes basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request, in order to deliver and secure the site.
• Contact form. If you use our contact form, we receive the name, email address and message you enter. Form submissions are stored by Netlify on our behalf. We use them only to reply to you and don't sell or share them.
• No analytics or advertising cookies. We don't currently use analytics or advertising cookies on this site. If that changes, we will update this policy.

Partner (affiliate) links

Some links go to partner websites. When you click one, that company may set cookies on its own site to record that you came from us, so we can earn a commission. Those companies have their own privacy policies, which we don't control.

Links to other websites

We link to maps, government offices, libraries and genealogy sites. We aren't responsible for the content or privacy practices of other websites.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from them.

Your choices

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. To ask us to delete a message you sent through the contact form, write to us through the contact page.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version.
